You know you’ve failed many times since you’ve started attempting on things. You’ve failed when you attempted to first start walking, you’ve failed to meet your expectations to get those good grades at school, you’ve failed to get your dream job. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Each one of us have gone through that, some might have faced it a lot more than others, but the truth is that we all have been there! But you know what the amazing thing is- the fact that you have attempted. And what could be more amazing than this is that you keep going to achieve it.
So, are you also one of those out there who’s constantly yelling at life for some reasons like not getting the good score you worked hard for, failing to get admission in the college you wished to, not getting the job you really wanted, or you don’t have that one person in your life you wanted to be forever with? Okay pal, let me tell you that you are not alone. We all have been in that place for some or the other reason, losing out all the hopes, allowing ourselves to be trapped in the circle of negativity that never lets us open our minds to think beyond. But, wait for a moment, take a deep breath and think, is your being negative helping out anyways? If I somehow failed at something and I just sit in my room crying over that, it’s not just going to get things any easier. Right? What should I be doing then? Well, it’s a simple two-way thing. Either I decide to go and get it by doing whatever it takes, or I accept it happily. Hey, accepting here doesn’t mean that you are a loser. I do not say that, if you’re not getting a job, or you’re getting rejected constantly then just accept, that you will never be able to get one. 🙂 Of course, you have to work harder towards it and just get it. But for some situations in life, where there is no harm it is better to accept things as they are. Continue reading “Conquer with positivity”
“Give me tea or give me tea, there is no other option.” Well, yes that’s me. 🙂
Many of us are addicted to tea, isn’t it? I am sure you can very much relate to this. For me, tea is life. I so dearly love it that I can stay a day without food only if I have tea. Since when did our affair start? 🙂 Hmm, like during high school, I started taking it little by little and unknowingly got addicted. Since then, it has helped me stay awake days and nights studying for my exams, work till late for office, it has stayed by me whenever I felt low, it has taken care of me when I had headaches, it has managed to cure just everything from random mood swings to severe headaches. Sometimes I seriously wonder “Do I ever need a medicine if I have tea?” 🙂 Continue reading “Positivi-“tea””
There are hundreds and thousands of articles on the internet making their way to you every single day about staying healthy, losing weight, do this not that, eat this not that. Give yourself a break, just pause everything right at this very moment. Recall that definition we studied about in school on what health is? Yes right, it is not just your physical well being (or outer appearance) but it is the total well being of an individual which includes physical, and mental health (Inner peace) as well. We all know that to maintain physical health we should all do some sort of exercise on a regular basis. But, sometimes unknowingly we cut off more than what we do by not eating the correct food, at the correct time, the correct way. Each one of us has a different body type and accordingly different needs, the food proportions may vary for each one of us but the healthy eating habits stay the same. 🙂 Here are a few of them that you might want to have a look upon. I am sure you will relate to each one of these – Continue reading “Eat like you love yourself”
“Om” – The sound of all sounds, the sound of universe, the sound of creation. This is the very first word I was taught by my mother while learning spirituality through chanting of different mantras. On a daily basis before sleeping, she used to teach me one mantra and made me chant all of them one by one and this is how it kept on adding up. As a kid, I didn’t understand why it was important or why would chanting a few mantras going to help me? Was it going to help me to score good marks in school, or was it going to help me get a new doll back then? 🙂 Continue reading “The power of “Om””
Zero is a number which quantifies as a count or as an amount of null size. In the number system, everything is relative to zero i.e, either positive (growing) or negative (shrinking). Our life is certainly the same way. We all have that one “zero” in common and that is the time of our birth. At that very moment our life is just like a zero, at it’s very naive stage denoting the beginning of something. But, as we grow up this zero enters our lives indefinite times, sometimes in the form of a loss, or in those times when we lose hope in everything and give up, or when we feel helpless and drowned. It is then when we must realize that it is completely okay to not feel good sometimes, it is completely okay to give up, and it is completely okay to drown, but what’s not okay is not trying again. What we have to remember is, a zero will never stay forever if we put a little effort to mend it. Even a small amount of our effort makes a difference, just like the mathematics allows it (0+0.000000….1=not zero). Amazing, isn’t it ? 🙂 So is life. Continue reading “Zero – The game changer”
We get to hear a wide variety of arguments for and against the existence of God. But, I wonder how many of us know what “God” really is, before questioning about it’s very existence. Some say, there is nothing like God. While some strongly believe that right beyond the skies there is someone who is in charge of everything in the entire universe, and that whatever he does, he does it right. While some oscillate between the two 🙂 , like I have seen some people, when something good happens to them they won’t stop thanking God and as soon as something bad happens to them, either they start yelling at God and start questioning on its existence, or just conclude that God is just not there. Nonetheless, it really does not matter what we believe in. The point is if something exists it will. I don’t see the air but it exists, I don’t see the spirits around me but I know they are there, I don’t see the super little bugs out there but they are there too, and the list goes on. We cannot judge the existence of something just by merely seeing it. Continue reading “God, Am I audible ?”
