So, are you also one of those out there who’s constantly yelling at life for some reasons like not getting the good score you worked hard for, failing to get admission in the college you wished to, not getting the job you really wanted, or you don’t have that one person in your life you wanted to be forever with? Okay pal, let me tell you that you are not alone. We all have been in that place for some or the other reason, losing out all the hopes, allowing ourselves to be trapped in the circle of negativity that never lets us open our minds to think beyond. But, wait for a moment, take a deep breath and think, is your being negative helping out anyways? If I somehow failed at something and I just sit in my room crying over that, it’s not just going to get things any easier. Right? What should I be doing then? Well, it’s a simple two-way thing. Either I decide to go and get it by doing whatever it takes, or I accept it happily. Hey, accepting here doesn’t mean that you are a loser. I do not say that, if you’re not getting a job, or you’re getting rejected constantly then just accept, that you will never be able to get one. 🙂 Of course, you have to work harder towards it and just get it. But for some situations in life, where there is no harm it is better to accept things as they are.
Sometimes, we don’t even realize what really drives us crazy and makes us feel all sad. But seriously believe me “stress” is really getting into a big picture nowadays. It is something that each one of us experiences, I mean every age group. A small child will be stressed about doing his homework timely, getting good grades, growing into a young one he will be stressed about how he looks, getting a head start to a great career ahead, and the rest of the life the stress reason revolves around a strong hold on a nice job with heavy salary and to keep working hard not to lose it, and so on where it never ends…I remember as a child sometimes I used to think, “Oh, I am so stressed with these exams on my head, I will be so relaxed once they are done.” I always dreamt that it would be so nice to grow up and just earn lots of money not having to give any stupid exams. But, when I grew up, I missed being in school, and I realized how fun it was to just play and study. With this, what I concluded is that we will never be satisfied and stress free this way. It’s all in our brains, which tells us to worry and worry all the time. I have accepted the fact that if something is supposed to happen, it will. Nobody can stop it. But, if something is not supposed to happen, then how much ever you try it is not going to and never will. Simple, isn’t it? Well, only to read and write this looks quite simple, but I know, applying it in life takes time and is a bit difficult. I have been learning to do that too and you should start practicing it from this very moment. 🙂
